Job Title: Bid and Proposal Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bid and Proposal Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing bids, proposals, and presales activities, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in IT services or products, especially within the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bid Management: Lead end-to-end bid management processes, including bid planning, proposal development, submission, and post-submission follow-ups.
• Proposal Creation: Develop high-quality, compelling proposals tailored to client needs and aligned with the company’s value propositions.
• Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to provide strategic inputs for proposals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, delivery, and technical experts to gather information and ensure accurate proposals.
• Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements, address queries, and provide tailored solutions.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure all proposals adhere to client specifications, compliance standards, and deadlines.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain and update a repository of templates, case studies, and best practices for future proposals.
• Presentation Development: Assist in creating presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

  2. Proven experience (2-3 years) in bid management, presales, or a similar role in an IT services or product company.

  3. In-depth understanding of the Indian IT services/product market is highly preferred.

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management.

  5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other proposal management tools.

  6. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
