About the Role
Position Overview
We are seeking a SAP FICO Analyst with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) to support our financial processes and system optimization. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of SAP financial workflows, accounting principles, and cost management, ensuring the smooth execution of financial operations.
This role requires expertise in SAP FICO configurations, financial closing processes, and troubleshooting to drive efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
· Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules (FI & CO) to support financial operations.
· Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
· Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues for finance teams.
· Ensure financial compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and company policies.
· Support data accuracy, reporting, and cost management within SAP.
· Work cross-functionally to ensure integration with other SAP modules
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting.
2. 1-2 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO with deep functional knowledge of FI and CO modules.
3. Strong understanding of financial reconciliation, cost accounting, reporting & controlling processes.
4. Familiarity with SAP system configurations, posting keys, account determination, and document control.
5. Experience with SAP financial closing processes, tax handling, and cost allocations.
6. Ability to troubleshoot SAP FICO issues and work effectively with finance users.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support data-driven decision-making.
8. Understanding of GAAP financial standards.
9. Excellent communication and documentation skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
